How to make your day wonderful: Creating a perspective

Ever wonder how successful people start and end their day? They all have a some sort of routine. May it be an exercise, their breakfast, or a certain mantra they say, like: "beauty within me". They make it their daily assessment and practice.

They also keep a journal to keep track of their goals. It is an effective way of reaching your goals, especially the daily ones.

So the next time you want to hit a certain goal, say that mantra and try it for yourself. It is self-healing.
