One step at a time: On how to relieve stress

How do you handle stress and fatigue? On this blog post we're taking you to a step by step guide to relieve stress. Before you start to ruin your day, there is a simple way to solve a problem or a dilemma. Step one, take time to breathe. Step two, acknowledge what you're dealing with. Step three, allow yourself to surrender. Step four, seek clarity. Step five, take action to solve it. Taking time to breathe is like hitting the pause button. It is suggesting your body to stop and think deeply to seek what is the best reaction. You suddenly forgot your presentation at home going to work and you don't have time to go back to your house. Now, what to do? Take time to breathe and find the best approach to solve it. Acknowledging is like conditioning your mind and body that the specific problem has set in so that it will prepare itself for the battle. It is similar to wearing a gear that protects and prepares you from anything to take on. To surrender is to release the pressure off of you. It is done to pull you away from the effects of stress. It is a smart way to deal with your problem because it's suggesting your body to allow to rest and don't fight your way through it. Clarity is everything, it provides supervision of the task at hand. When you have a clear mind, you can think of specific ways and many alternatives to solve whatever it is that are blocking you. Action alone can solve it. But take it one step at a time. It is like chewing slowly your food so that you will digest it nicely and without trouble. Taking the right and specific action is important because it provides solution to whatever you are dealing with. Coping with stress is heavy but if you take necessary steps and courses mindfully, sure you can take on anything.
