How to be more of who you are: Adding value to life

Make someone else's day. Make someone happy. Make your day count by serving others wholeheartedly. Being there for somebody is not easy. For instance, nurses that takes care of the sick. It is a pure hardwork. Their full effort is required to get things done. How does one person be there for someone? It starts by the willingness to extend a sense of help to someone in need or not. It is done entirely of service. People who knows their purpose and is aware of who they are. They are driven and self-motivated.

What matters to you the most? Is it your family? Your friend? A special someone? A person who is dying? Or a community? We are our heart's longings and desires and the people that we love deserves the best in us.

Second, state your reasons and motivations. Journal the things that interests you. Just write down everything that comes to mind. Not selecting any topic. Let your ideas flow. Let your mind fly and dream. This is the key to know more of who you are and your likes. In this process, you are practicing self-awareness.

Third, take care of yourself. Most of the successful people have some routines and designs that they practice everyday. Wake up early in the morning. Eat healthy breakfast. Exercise regularly. Pray and meditate. Breathe. Have enough time to sleep and rest. Treat yourself with a nice spa. Be your own body and soul's very good master and/or steward. Be the  most healthy person that you know. It is all about mind and body conditioning. In this ways,  we are enhancing both our minds and body's abilities in order for us to do what matters to us--be there for our loved ones and eventually to the countrymen.
