How to Prioritize: What Matters Most

Often times, we are caught up by the things that don't matter. We are blinded by the routine that we are experiencing every single day. We already forgot what really matters. We wake up on our alarm clock, we are succumbed by the work that we do. We are like robots that don't know how to unwind and how to have fun. We ignore our friends and sometimes our family. What really matters in the end is how we appreciate the relationships that we have. Spend dinner with your family. Write your parents a letter. Tell them how much you love them. Surprise your partner a birthday present. Spend more time with your grandparents. Donate to your favorite charity with an appreciative letter, tell them how much you value them.

In these times where we're at the spaces of our busy schedules, make time to honor and breathe what really matters.
