How to be Allowing and Surrendering: A Way to Let Go

We get easily caught up by the daily buzz of work, our business, our different arrays of errands. We got lost in these streets, we forgot how to stop, to think deeply and thoroughly. To finally release the shackles, to surrender and let go. So many our are baggages, suffering and struggles. We ingrained in ourselves doubts, fears, shame, lack of confidence, humiliation, bullying, inactivity, procrastination and lust. How are we able to to surrender everything that prisons us? First, acknowledge. There is power in acceptance and allow things to go on naturally. When we do this, we permit ourselves to give first-aid to our wounds. Second, write it down on a journal. Writing enables us to record everything that bothers as well as helps us. It is a therapeutic way of nursing our wounds so that it may heal on its own time. It also traps all our worries as well as solutions to any situation. A great and a whole new way of some sort of problem-solving, of a way of being, of confronting ourselves the highest and lightest way. A kind of encounter, of being true to ourselves. Third, is through meditation. This technique opens our minds to what really matters. This gives our soul a time to breathe, allows our body to refresh, builds and grows our character. This is just easy to perform, breathe in through the nose and breathe out to the mouth. Just allow your mind to rest for a while, focusing your mind to the present moment. There is no time limit to do this as long as you sit up straight and stay still in a period of time. This is healing, soothing, provides clarity and a great mental strength. In the end, you will feel astonished while all negativity will transform to confidence, taking risks, abundance, humility, gratefulness, peace, contentment and love.
