How to Maintain Momentum in your Life: On being Grateful

Ever had an experience where you were placed on a pedestal? You were on top of your career? Studies? Business? your relationships? You may want to linger in the feeling and/or to the moment it sets in. One way to build the momentum is being grateful. When we are grateful, we are a magnet of positivity and miracles. It is like treating yourself to a movie-date with a friend or celebrating a promotion from a job well-done. You hit a milestone in your business, you then bought yourself a new car. It's the reward that matters. It is like, an icing on top of the cake. It is a bonus because you were on a roll. You aimed and you just hit the goal. You are a professional athlete, and you were up against an opponent that you never imagined you would beat, but in the end, you found yourself winning the battle because you are at your highest peak, you then know the value of being grateful, you then throw a meet and greet with your fans. When being appreciative or grateful is in your blood, you breathe in and out life through it that is the main reason why you were able to reach your goals. You do not let a good moment pass by without cherishing it. You share it to masses. It triples the effects of the good events in your life. The more you share it the more it multiplies and comes back to you, giving you feel-good hormones and a state of happiness and contentment. Being grateful can too, be your attitude. It is like wearing your best dress or suit. Choose to wear it everyday, it is like a smile that never fades, a certain feeling that is long-lasting. Like having a good conversation and dinner with a friend, family or a loved one. It is a routine, choose to exercise it as much as you can and see how life works best for you.
