The Art of Manifesting: How to make your Dreams a Reality

"When you believe you will receive". A dream starts with the belief that it will happen, it will materialize in the end. Because dreams do come true. So how to make your dreams a reality? Step 1: Learn how to Meditate: Meditation calms our mind, gives us focus, clarity and enough space to think things over. With our breath as the anchor, it releases fear, anxiety, stress, doubts or any form of negativity that have accumulated inside and out of our bodies. When we meditate, we are reminded of what really matters and what we desire--including our treasured dreams. Step 2: Step Back and let Things Unfold Naturally: When we are seeking something, we tend to control the outcome. Let go, breathe in and out, take a step back and let the universe give you signs, let yourself receive guidance from above that everything will come out in its own pace and right time. In this way, we stop being controlling and more of being allowing with our decisions and choices. Step 3: Seek Advice from a Mentor and Loved-ones: When we are sure of something may truly happen, be mindful that we are not alone, we can always get some help from a coach or simply a friend. Sharing the good news to someone creates a ripple effect and increases the chance of it to really come true. A mentor can help you by motivating you and give you a little push to get things done while a friend can tell you what's the best for you. Step 4: Take Action: This step eases the pressure off of you. By simply acting on your dreams, may it be a big one or a small one can greatly affect the outcome. The most important thing is that you have taken an initiative to make it happen. For instance, you may want to start your own business, you then started to acquire knowledge and skills by making an appearance or showing up for it. Step 5: Say a Prayer: Prayers are powerful. It aligns you to your dreams. It also grounds you and allow the higher power to take over.
