How to Find Everlasting Happiness: On Self-love and More

It may sound so generic but we all need that down-time to find ourselves once in a while. Going on sabbatical is super valuable that it gives us so much self-realization and added self-worth and more self-actualization. Maybe soul-searching is one of the keys to an everlasting happiness. Perhaps one of the best work that we can do is to work on ourselves--to be the best versions of us. One little right action every day makes dramatic changes when done consistently. For instance, eating healthy and exercising routinely are both divine in order to achieve the lifestyle of our dreams. Self-care is everything. When we best take care of ourselves, when we get enough rest and sleep, when we have healthy relationships, we function at our full potential. We can be there most efficiently to our loved-ones--And that's just the side effect of doing self-care, we can be whatever we want to be because we took care of ourselves first. Happiness is a very broad topic to take on. When we feel comfort, content, success, the idea of happiness comes in. This is brought about by a series of positive events that made it possible. When we are happy, we are more open to a lot of possibilities, we are more giving, we are more forgiving and we feel just even better for no reason at all. So how do we achieve an everlasting happiness? It all starts from within us. On the inside going to outside. We can do a lot of things like meditation--to release and free our minds of negativity. Exercise to fuel our system and best of all, self-love so that we know what we really deserve in life and ultimately how to give back in the end.
