Living a Life of Gratitude: How to be very Thankful

We sometimes forget how lucky we are. When we practice being grateful, all the things in our lives seems to light up. It creates a ripple effect that what we have at the moment is enough and what is surprising is the abundance that is yet to come.

Gratefulness is an attitude. More than having a gratitude journal, gratitude must be our way of living. We should practice it everyday of our lives. It's about acknowledging the things, events, people in our lives. It's being appreciative of what we already have. "I am grateful everyday" should be our daily mantra.

When we start to live with an attitude of gratitude, we are naturally happy, contentend and satisfied. We are more giving and allowing. We become a magnet of miracles and we attract all the positivity that's available from the universe. It is unlimited so we're like, we have got ourselves into the flow and sea of miracles. It's ever free-flowing.

The ultimate measure of gratitude is when we are able to give back. It's when we are able to be there for someone. Its about sharing what we have and be our highest selves to the world. So, when we are grateful, we tend to be "more" to our family and friends. We become a role model to a lot of people. We participate in causes, we involve ourselves to what we value the most and we also have the healthiest relationships. In closing, we have to treat gratitude like the air we breathe, the food we eat or the clothes that we wear. It pays-off in the end. It makes our lives more meaningful and valuable to many. Practice the virtue of gratitude everyday, and see how much your life will change for the better.
